LEARNING AND DUE APPLIANCE OF THE AMENDMENTS MADE TO THE CIVIL PROCEDURAL CODE IS IN THE CENTER OF ATTENTION 15.01.2019
The appliance of the “Electron court” information system for the purpose of simplification of people s opportunities to appeal to the courts takes the important place in the row of systematic and expedient measures carried out under the leadership of the head of state on increase of efficiency of justice judgement recent years. As an obvious case of this, we may show the progressive amendments made to the Civil Procedural Code of the Republic of Azerbaijan on December 28, 2018 by the legislative initiative of the head of state.

For the purpose of execution of new legislation, there was held training for the judges of Shaki Court of Appeal and first instance courts referred to its jurisdiction in Shaki Court Complex.
   


THE AMENDMENTS MADE TO THE CIVIL PROCEDURAL CODE WERE DISCUSSED IN SUMGAYIT COURT OF APPEAL 14.01.2019

Systematic measures are continued to be realized in the direction of increase of efficiency of justice judgement within the frame of judicial reforms founded by the national leader Heydar Aliyev and realized under the President Ilham Aliyev. Special attention is paid to rendering effective services to the population, elimination of cases causing corruption and increase of citizens satisfaction. As an obvious case of realized events, there were made amendments to the Civil Procedural Code of the Republic of Azerbaijan by the Law on December 28, 2018 by the legislative initiative of the head of state.

CONSİSTENT MEASURES TO İMPROVE JUDİCIAL ACTİVİTY ARE ONGOİNG 25.12.2018
The judicial-legal reforms, laid down by national leader Heydar Aliyev, have been successfully continued under the leadership of President Ilham Aliyev, the judicial system is modernized, the legislation is improved, the judicial power is strengthened and the self-governing authority is expanded annually.

İNTERNATİONAL CONFERENCE WAS HELD DEDİCATED TO 100TH ANNİVERSARY OF AZERBAİJANİ JUSTİCE 22.11.2018
22 November - the professional holiday of justice personnel established by the order of National Leader Haydar Aliyev, dated November 11, 2000, this year marks with the 100th anniversary of the Azerbaijani Justice and is celebrated with double pleasure by the judiciary.

On the occasion of the jubilee in all structures of the Ministry series of events, including the "open door" day, round table, public presentation and other meetings, open lectures in the schools and universities, lectures, mass sports competitions (football, volleyball, chess) and intellectual games, biking, voluntary blood donation and tree-planting campaigns, visits to justice veterans, children s shelter, meetings with young people newly admitted to service were held. In the meantime, the opening of a new modern building for justice services and district court in Zagatala was held, new Azerbaijani national cars were presented for service use to some structural units, holiday gifts were given to justice sector employees...
   


CONSİSTENT MEASURES ARE BEİNG TAKEN TO İMPROVE JUDİCIAL ACTİVİTY 13.11.2018
Judicial activities under the leadership of President Ilham Aliyev are being improved, accessibility of citizens to courts is facilitated, infrastructure is upgraded. On the eve of the 100th jubilee of the Azerbaijani Justice, a new modern building equipped with the latest technology for district court in Zagatala, contributed to the high level of organization of the activity in this area, to the increase of the effectiveness of the judiciary and to the protection of human rights.

Justice Minister, Chairman of the Judicial-Legal Council Fikret Mammadov, who attended the opening ceremony of the new building, held a broad consultation with the chairmen and judges of the region in Shaki Appeal Court.
